Wiggle the arm until it comes off. Then turn on the rear wiper for a second and turn it off, leaving the key on. This way the rear wiper motor will do it's sweep, and them park where it's suppose to. Then reattach the rear wiper arm and secure the nut and recheck. Thanks Jay!
