Max force is usually 40-50, Damping 0-30 adjusting to your like, 75-90 suspension bumps, 50 for sop effect. You would want it to clip <5%, ideally 2-3%. If you find yourself clip >5%, turn UP (40->45) the max force (Yes, its counter intuitive, but higher max force actually gives you "less" ffb)

Not if they are using VR, they could be showing the monitor instead for easier visualization of the issue. Edit: recommend settings from both Fanatec and iRacing are probably obsolete.
