WebMar 17, 2024 · This study was conducted within the ongoing RIDE2RAIL project, which aims to develop solutions and tools that will facilitate the efficient combination of ride-sharing and scheduled public transport services such as rail and bus. WebRide2Rail project investigated the use of the blockchain to record as smart con-tracts the agreements between different stakeholders deﬁned in a multimodal trans-portation domain. Modelling an ontology to represent the smart contracts enables the possibility of having a machine-readable and interoperable representation of the agreements.
